"We’ve had State Farm Insurance for the past 46 years. However, this is the first catastrophe claim we’ve ever experienced. We could not be happier with State Farm’s helpful and efficient staff. We appreciate the positive attitudes and knowledge we’ve experienced with our agent, adjusters, and office staff. Any time we’ve had to contact any of them, they have always been understanding and helpful. Five Star customer service at the local office anytime we needed someone to talk to or assist with any issue/matter. They were always very nice, easy to work with, friendly and helpful in providing solutions.
